Filter: Ripple, Whirl and Pinch also color hue changes

Filters: I used the Comic then Canvas filter on this photo to give it a painting feel, I then adjusted the brightness and contrast for more depth.
Before
Burn and Dodge I used the dodge feature to lighten the darker side of her face, I also used it along the top of the cheek bones to create a highlighted effect. I used the Burn effect on the bottom of the cheek with a rose color. I then used the burn tool with black to darken the background and draw more attention to my subject I used the paint brush to darken the bottom lip, and the smudge tool to remove the moles from her chin.
So many filters, not enough time....You did a wonderful job on these. If this is what you can accomplish with just a little experience, I think you might have a future in post production editing. Excellent work on the portrait!
