Framing

I took some photos around my garden, trying to frame as many things as I could naturally.

  1. The picture of the chairs and table really stuck out to me! It reminds me of a fairy garden! Awesome contrast too. The last photo of the rusted jugs/cans is a great example of the rule of thirds.

  2. Wonderful work! I like the first one with the reflection. The one with the garden furniture is an example of "tilt-shifting" ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tilt–shift_photography ) where you can make every day objects appear miniature. the last photograph is excellent, as Sage pointed out, as having the "Rule of Thirds" in play here.

  3. Very nice photographs Etta. Such vibrant greens, blues, and red! The photo of the jugs is my favorite due to the mainly monochrome, rustic nature.

  4. I like the way you framed each of the photos, all very different. My favorite is the one with the mirror, reflecting the image of the tree it draws my attention. Very great photos!

  5. These are great. I like how you used the kids play yard to frame the flowers. The truck with the milk barrels is my favorite though.
